OUR VISION
A lot of our nation’s church problems, are things such as dry and dead services. For most of the lively churches out there, their methods and message is very shallow, built on emotionalism and liberalism. The Bible talks about having a balance, so a church should be built on Biblical truth and Spiritually led worship. Most churches today have no youth, young families, or even some times no middle age families. If all a church has is senior saints, give it 20 years or so and that church will close it’s doors. This is exactly what is happening all over America, a country that was founded upon God’s Word.

Our vision is simply to start and establish a local, New Testament, Independent, Baptist Church in Welch.

In the world and time we live in, how can this truly be accomplished?
By following God’s direction from His Word, this unique task can be accomplished with His help.
1. Share The Gospel.
This was Jesus’ first and most important commandment to the church, so Living Hope BC wants to be obedient and do just that. The gospel should be shared through personal soul winning (sharing our faith with others), in Church services Preaching it clearly, in Sunday School, in youth group, and through outreach ministries of the local church.
2. Preach, Teach, and Train believers from the Bible, so they can grow in their Faith.
Growing believers in their Faith will happen through Sunday School, regular weekly services, Missions Conferences, and Faith Promise Conferences, where God’s Word is shared specifically and accurately.
3. Encourage Believers in their walk with the Lord, through the struggles and temptations of life.
Encouraging believers comes through Spirit led weekly services, revivals, and godly fellowship.
4. Reaching The Next Generation.
The next generation is the future of the church and should be reached through Sunday School, Spirit led weekly services, youth group with regular activities for fellowship, Vacation Bible School, Youth Revivals and Rallies, Revivals, and Missions trips. A church should not just expect all the youth to find their own way there, they should be willing to have van and bus routes to go get them. These routes must be worked weekly in visiting and faithfully picking the kids up. There must be people at the church who have a burden to work with the young people, with activities for them, and most importantly teaching and Preaching that is relevant to what the kids are facing.
This is exactly what we and the Living Hope Baptist Church will do, by the grace of God and with the help of the Holy Spirit.
